Notes:

1. There are two bright Tycho-2 stars with reliable magnitudes. 
One is at 04h 20m 11.1s  +55d 54' 18" and has an accurate magnitude 
of V=10.30+/-0.03. The other is just off the west edge of the field
at 04h 18m 59.5s +55d 56' 11" with a Tycho-2 magnitude of 
V=10.50+/-0.04.

2. Additionally star #1 has a Tycho-2 magnitude of 11.08+/-0.08 and 
there is another star at 04h 21m 03s +56d 06' 26" with an approximate
Tycho-2 magnitude of 11.67+/-0.12.

3. Star #5 is taken from earlier field photometry, and is not part 
of the present .dat file.
