This single night sequence is expected to have errors of about 0.02 magnitude. 2. There is a bright star in the south of this fields. One is at 15h 17m 45.1s -24d 25' 44" with a reliable Tycho-2 magnitude of V=9.79+/-0-03. 3. Also in the south of the field is the bright variable star NSV 20287, located at 15h 17m 34.9s -24d 28' 38". It is catalogued as type IB with a range of 10.07-10.24H and a period of 0.12 days.
