1. There are two bright Tycho-2 stars just outside the area of this
photometry. The brightest, on the south edge, is of magnitude 
V=9.88+/-0.03 and the other, on the northeast corner, is of magnitude
V=10.29+-0.04.

comparison sequence. Only those stars with an ID number are part of 
this new sequence.
