The first two stars are saturated and their magnitudes and colours are approximate. They should be used for guidance only. 2. There are several bright stars in this field. The four brightest are from Tycho-2, as follows: RA (2000) Dec V B-V 02 13 43.6 +58 26 11 9.70+/-0.03 0.20 02 14 27.5 +58 19 43 10.14+/-0.04 1.18 02 14 03.9 +58 16 43 10.36+/-0.04 0.34 02 14 01.1 +58 20 19 10.48+/-0.05 0.55 3. AAVSO chart 0206+57A(e) dated May 1988 shows a sequence that apparently dates back to a AAVSO 'd' chart dated 1938. This new sequence completely replaces that sequence. 4. The variable star NSV751 lies only 1.1 arcmin east of TZ Per. It's coordinates, determined during the photometric reduction, are 02h 14m 00.7s +58d 23' 11". It has a range of 13.5-<14.5V and an unknown type. Bruce Sumner 8 February 2002
