about +/-0.2 magnitude. It should be used for guidance only.

2. There are three bright Tycho-2 stars in this field. One is at 
03h 23m 26.6s +41d 42' 31" with a reliable magnitude of V=8.65+/-0.02.
Another is at 03h 22m 36.7s +41d 41' 30" and has a reliable magnitude 
of V=8.73+/-0.02. The third is at 03h 22m 34.5s +41d 38' 39 and has a
reliable magnitude of V=10.29+/-0.04.
