Notes:

Martha Hazen of Harvard College Observatory has located the original 
discovery of V735 Sgr as marked by Luyten on the Bruce plate pair used 
for proper motions in this area.

It appears that Vogt & Bateson got the right pair of stars, but the 
wrong individual star. V735 Sgr is the north and slightly west star 
of the pair. The companion is star 10 in this sequence, and is located 
7 arcsec to the south-east.
